Too small portions for too much money! The service wasn't really good either, and we didn't feel very comfortable sitting in a kind of "entrance hall". The ambience itself is very nicely and comfortably decorated. The food was also delicious - only, as I said, unfortunately too expensive for the portions we had ...

Very nice place with a great view. The food is delicious & the drinks are great too! Especially great: cappuccino without caffeine and without lactose. ? The service was perfect too.

Can't give an opinion, too full ... Everything looks good, I'll be back later, but if it's already so busy on Tuesday morning, it must be good.

The location of the H1 is great, the view of the lake is beautiful! The waitress does her job, but I don't think so much. At the entrance they skilfully ignored us and made us wait a long time, even though nothing was going on, therefore 1 star deduction. The food was delicious and the portions were sufficient! However, the prices are partly not justified, hence the 2nd star deduction. All in all, however, a successful afternoon, so we'd love to come back!

The customer is definitely not king here! To be assigned a seat, a bell has to be pressed. After waiting 15 minutes and approaching the basement in a friendly manner, you get a totally sloppy answer: You can't divide into four. At least 5 tables were free in his group of tables. After the man finally got a seat, the cards were popped on the table. Other guests were given preferential treatment.

Terrace beautifully situated on the Hennesee. We had to wait unnecessarily long at the entrance due to the corona rules. The queue of waiting quickly increased, which is actually unacceptable. We had lunch here. Staff not friendly. Price-quality out of proportion. I had to pay € 8 for half a cup of soup.

Nice entourage, food good, staff nice but a bit cramped (corona?), Long waiting times, 40 minutes for a hamburger with fries, which was tasty.

Today was definitely my last visit to this restaurant! Despite ordering, you had to wait 30 minutes in front of the door until you could finally get to the table (I understand that due to Corona). When we were at the table we ordered and after 1 1/2 hours there were still no drinks. It just doesn't work. We then left because the meal would have taken forever. That doesn't work. You have to organize yourself better or accept fewer people. The only positive thing is the location.

This Resteraunt is right on the Hennesee and is very nicely furnished. The staff is polite and friendly and the burgers are delicious. The cheese sauce is not recommended in my opinion but everyone has their own opinion. The cocktails are very nicely made and taste good too. If you are planning a trip to Hennesee, this restaurant is the perfect way to end the evening.

So all in all a great location, great ambience and great view. The food was also tasty, but what we didn't like was the time it took until then, I'm sure like many others I'm not picky, but that was just too much of a good thing ... After a good half hour we got the first drink, after another half the starter and after a good 100 minutes our main course, although it was well attended but not overly full ... nevertheless the time from arrival to the main course is simply too long long. Likewise, the drinks should have come faster. Other tables felt the same way that evening. As I said food was great, we can only recommend the burger, but 2 star deduction due to the time ... Sorry also and especially because of Corona the service should work a little more on the ball, so you can sell 1 more drink if you wanted to. The price / performance should definitely be talked about, something doesn't fit.

Great location, rest flop! When entering the parking lot, a pair of dirty underpants caught my eye, which should have kept us from entering. Despite reservations and the lack of rush, we were not spared an above-average waiting time. Until food and drinks finally over an hour When we reached our table, we still had no cutlery. Then we enjoyed a hair found in the burger and a strip of bacon on the veggie tarte flambée. The passion fruit spritzer was watery and the homemade aioli was more of a yogurt dip with a mixture of herbs. The crowning glory was the lack of toilet paper in the women's toilet. Plus point: the fries were OK. We will not visit this place again. Unfortunately not according to the good rating from friends and the Internet, catastrophe!

The service was very friendly and it is really a beautiful location on the lake. The food was rather mediocre, but there is the first star deduction. The burger patty reminded me more of a meatball and was very firm and compact and the sauce could have been spicier. I have to deduct a second star because the waiting time for dessert was simply disproportionately long. Nevertheless, if the weather is good, I would sit here on the terrace again, only the burger won't do it again.

What a shame! More could be made of such a starting point. Especially after the Corona relaxation, you should be happy about every guest !? The service is not worth the label. Unmotivated and unfriendly, although there weren't many guests. Actually, we were just about to leave. Ignoring 20 minutes at the entrance is also an achievement !! Waiting time for food was within limits. Price-performance ratio for the food is not acceptable. The location with the great view of the Hennesee is unfortunately unrivaled, but the star is. We won't be back anytime soon. . .

Very friendly service, often asks if everything is okay or you want something else but not intrusive. There was something for every taste, especially the choice of drinks was very good. Here you can sit outside with your friends and have a good time.

I haven't seen anything like it in my entire life! Unfriendly and incompetent! We are the last ones who do not understand that especially at the moment “everything” is chaotic. But what we just experienced in this restaurant was more than disappointing. After a 40 km journey we had to argue at the door. “- we are only allowed to have one coffee - we are not allowed to sit outside (all seats were free - we are only allowed to stay a short time ” We asked if all the tables were reserved, this was not the case. When we were seated outside, another employee asked us if we wanted to eat. We then wanted to speak to the shift manager and had to discuss again why this was necessary. (No joke: “Why then” we had to answer friendly at least 3 times). I have never experienced something like that. We will definitely not come again. Would rather think about it in the place of many others! The shift supervisor was also unwilling to listen to us and offer a solution. We got up immediately. There are definitely other better alternatives!

Bad experience, and not for the first time as I read the other reviews regarding Corona stress! At first we only wanted to bring coffee but that was not possible. To sit outside on the terrace you have to wait in the hall (the sign says 2-3 min) but eventually took half an hour. When I walked in (with a mask of course) to ask how long it was going to take, I was snubbed by the lady and said that the Der Chief himself was coming. So I calmly walk back to the hall where the chef had meanwhile asked my wife how many people we were with. When she said I had just walked in, we were completely ignored and he first let the others in line behind us sweat with their mouth caps on. When we walked to the terrace irritated to see for ourselves if there was a table available, the chef went all the way and ordered us to leave the restaurant immediately otherwise he called the police. Pathetic little man. Well, we hope for him that he will not succumb to a hard attack before the Coronavirus.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. Anyone who thinks to complain about waiting due to Corona is unfortunately out of place here. This is where health and safety come first. The service is nice and courteous. Very cozy.

I really like this place. But the waiting time at check in was not 3 or 5 minutes. We waited 15 minutes. Tables where free for the same time period. The service was really friendly but it took them 30 minutes to get our order. Than we had to wait another 15 to get them. This was way to long,a few times this happend. If this was better i would recomend this place with 5 stars. Great view, nice staff and drinks.

The view of the Hennesee is beautiful and the ambience of the location is very successful. The service is very friendly and tries to fulfill every wish. The food is delicious and the prices are right. The H1 at the lake is only recommended.

You can find nice and courteous staff here. The food tastes delicious. Unfortunately it is quite expensive and in my case it took a long time for the food to be served. I can recommend all of the above points.

We were impressed to see this restaurant packed full with all types of group: yound/old/family with children/couple/group of friends. Really extensive menu, good staff (although only 1 spoke english) and generally a very good time. There was vegan option so a great plus for me.
